30-Day Return Policy
Return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

- • Unworn items with tags attached
- • Items in original packaging
- • Items within 30 days of delivery
- • Items with proof of purchase
Not Eligible
- • Worn, washed, or altered items
- • Items without tags
- • Items past 30 days from delivery
- • Sale or clearance items (final sale)
How to Start a Return

Email support@srtw.world with your order number and reason for return.

Get Return Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.

Ship It Back
Pack the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location.

Get Your Refund
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to exchange for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. Contact us at support@srtw.world to arrange an exchange.
